  • Only NO vote on Block One (4800 S & State) due to 150 planned apartments, reflecting overwhelming resident opposition.

  • Read the survey, listened to the community.

Protecting City Resources

  • Advocate for greater oversight for spending and wise investment decisions.

  • Objected to losing the City Employee Parking Lot.

Supporting City Employees

  • Voted YES on a 7% raise for police, fire, and city staff.

  • Proposed the lowest City Council travel budget to cut unnecessary spending.

Revitalizing Our Community

  • Helped bring High Point Coffee to 7th West & 5400 South, replacing a long-vacant building.

Investing in Parks

  • Secured funding for Riverview Park improvements: lighting, playground, bathrooms, pickleball courts.

  • Advocated for Willow Pond Playground grant—awaiting results.

Neighborhood Improvements

  • Worked with Senator Blouin, UDOT, and Public Works to clean up and improve 5400 South. Project scheduled for next spring.
